What is the maximum coverage for insured shipments?

Up to USD1000. Any amount above that is subjected to insurer’s approval, please email info@gouno.com or contact us via +65 9365 6152 to enquire.

What steps should I take if my insured package damaged during transit?

Contact us preferably on the same day itself with pictures of the item and packaging process before your shipment is sent out, as well as pictures of the damaged item from the recipient.

Can I track my insured shipment during transit?

Yes, of course you can! Simply visit courier companies’ website and indicate the tracking number to track.

I need to arrange a pickup for my shipment. Can you help me with it?

During label creation, you can create the pickup on your own. Please remember to note down your waybill number and pickup details.

Can we deliver to PO Boxes?

We will not be able to insure for parcels delivering to PO Boxes.

Is there any way I can reschedule the delivery date?

Please contact the specific courier company to put up a request. However please note that it is not guaranteed.

I did not receive my parcel, however the status is “Delivered “. What should I do next?

Check if your delivery address provided is correct. Check if your family members / neighbours have collected the parcel on behalf of you. Check outside your door area.
If you are still not able to locate your parcel after all these checks, please reach out our customer service team.

Can I request for a specific delivery timing?

You are not able to select a specific time slot upon placing an order. However, you can contact the delivery company directly to put up a request. Please note that it is not guaranteed.

What areas in Singapore do you deliver to?

We deliver to most locations across Singapore. Additional surcharge applies to certain areas.

Is there a minimum order value for free delivery?

No there is not.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If no one is available, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled the next working day. Item will be placed at our storage area and parcel will be placed inside a safe.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We do not deliver on public holidays. Pick up and Delivery is from Monday – Friday.

How long does delivery take?

Standard deliveries usually take 1–2 working days. Express deliveries can be arranged for same-day or next-day service.
