How it works
We offer 2 options for shipping high-value items:
Self-service
GO-UNO Assisted
Step 1: Select Option 1 or 2.
Step 2: Once we’ve assessed the item, its value, its departure location, destination and desired arrival date, we will provide you with a shipping estimate that includes protection for the item in the case of any risks that are encountered on its journey.
Step 2: GO-UNO will guide you on how to complete the relevant paperwork and labelling to ensure maximum security for your item. Or we can take care of it for you. Our years of experience mean we know exactly how to word descriptions and have the IP on what information to include and what to leave out.
Step 3: We will provide specific instructions on how to package your items based on it’s value, fragility, weight and size. We will recommend the materials to use and how to assemble them for wrapping and sealing.
Step 4: Once the item is ealed we will advise you on how to display labelling and collection details. You will be sent an invoice for payment or pay online if booking via the self-service method.
Step 5: GO-UNO will book your parcel for delivery and stay in touch with you, providing tracking updates. We will provide a final confirmation once the parcel is in receipt of the recipient.
